Large manufacturing company in North San Diego County seeks an experienced, friendly Customer Service Support Representative to provide excellent service to their clients. Must have experience taking calls from customers having issues with a product and being able to troubleshoot the mechanical problem and provide a solution
Qualifications:
• Minimal 1 year experience providing technical support via phone and email
• Must be able to ask customers appropriate questions and be able to troubleshoot the issue
• Excellent telephone skills, dealing with demanding deadlines and ability to multi-task
• Ability to perform data entry and keep files organized
• Swimming pool experience a PLUS
• Oracle database experience a major Plus
