Senior Software Engineer
We are a rapidly growing mid-size company looking for a full-time Senior level C# Developer with 6+ years of experience to join our existing IT support team. This position will be highly visible and highly technical. The ideal candidate must have broad technology experience with a passion to create solutions.
The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing enhancements to the user interface and software. Work will include user navigation, feature access, and data presentation screens as well as the underlying software components required to support those screens and other aspects of the application.
Requirements
*6+ years experience in software development.
*Detailed knowledge and experience working with:
- SQL Server
- C# (Sharp)
- Visual Studio
- BizTalk 2006/2009
- AJAX
- Web Services
*The ability to work in a team environment and to contribute to multiple projects.
*MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) or equivalent experience a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; articulate and capable of conveying ideas clearly/concisely; sensitive to the needs of the audience; ensures the customer, as well as service areas within Technology & Systems are kept informed of plans, status and current problems/challenges.
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or Information Technology or related field required. Masters degree preferred.
