I am looking for work and a better place to stay besides motels. I'm looking to find someone who may have a place that needs to be fixed up to put on the market. I would reside in the place until it is ready to rent or be sold.
I'm a tile and stone setter with 15 years experience in all phases of tile and stone installations. Countertops, showers, tub surrounds, fireplaces, floors, barbeques, columns, and medallions. I am also experienced in drywall / texture, installing cabinets and cupboards, hanging doors, remodeling bathrooms and kitchens. Anything that needs to be done to a home, I can do. Although my skills at plumbing and electrical are basic at best.
I own all my own tools, and I guarantee quality craftsmanship. I do have a better half that helps out a bit and keeps everything clean.
We are completely trustworthy and reliable. I am NOT a licensed contractor however, my work is top quality, clean, and done with pride.
Aside from residing in the place, I would also require an hourly wage that can be worked out when we meet.
