Does not have generator (wired for it)
has a few minor things wrong with it

A/C doesn’t blow very cold
Ugly area inside around A/C unit where there was a former leak
A/C plastic cover on outside needs to be replaced
Step plywood needs replacing

There is no propane in it so I can't show you that those things that run on propane work, but they do.

The registration is not current, so you'll have to take the title and some other papers that I got from DMV, get insurance and get it smogged (NOTE: I have some friends who own a smog shop and will do it for $65, I just don't have the $ to get insurance to move it (my car insurer will not do it for a day like some people say theirs will) to get current tags - I've already paid the registration fees for 2008/09).

It's a nice older unit, starts right up, but the exterior paint isn't too bright anymore. Inside it's pretty nice and has been taken care of.

The unit is in excellent condition inside and out. There is less than 21,500 miles on it. It gets excellent gas mileage even when towing a car (which it does excellently). It has full air conditioning (13,500 BTU), furnace (30,000 BTU), and a full bath with separate standup shower with glass door and skydome. There is a full kitchen with convection oven/microwave combo, a two burner propane stove, and a lighted powered hood over range. There is a in-wall mounted 19" Color TV with VCP and a separate DVD player. There is a AM/FM/CD player in the coach with 4 speakers (2 front, 2 rear). The cab has an AM/FM/Cassette player. There are 6 way adjustable leather seats in cab for both driver & passenger. All matching leather upholstery for the driver/passenger seats and couch. Unit sleeps three-four. There are two fixed single beds and couch that folds out into a bed. There is great storage inside and out (three separate outside storage areas).

There is a 4 KW gas Generator and 2000 watt inverter. Dual 12volt Batteries. There is a heavy duty trailer hitch (rated 7500 lbs) and welded roller skids. It is wired to tow. There is 17 foot wide awning. Included is a full ADCO Tyvek cover. This is a 30amp unit.

The cabinets are all white. There is blue carpeting throughout and blue leather furniture. There are “day/ night” shades (blue and white) on all windows with one levelor in kitchen. There are privacy curtains for the front cab as well as an ADCO “Bonnet” for the outside cab windows (sides and windshield). The exterior and roof are seamless fiberglass. The sides are well radiused. This is not the usual “box” shape of the typical class “C” motorhome.
I will include all hoses, adapters, cables, dishware, pots and pans, silverware. I have all of the original manuals and documentation.
