A major high end luxury retailer that specializes in Jewelry/Accessories in north end San Diego is currently looking for retail Sales Associate's.

To be considered for this Sales Associate role candidates will need to have 2+ years experience in high end retail and luxury. This position will report directly to and work closely with the Store Manager

General Purpose of Position:

-Responsible to guide customers and other store traffic and answer any questions.
-Responsible for maintaining appropriate conduct in the store.
-Responsible for ensuring that the store maintains the appropriate image and presentation.
-Ensures customer service standards are met.
-Collaborate with the Store Manager to establish retail store sales objectives and any to satisfy any other needs
-Ensures proper level of selling floor coverage.

Operations:
-Gathers customer feedback and makes merchandising recommendations to the Store Manager.
-A genuine interest in the brand are also key in this position.
