We are a mortgage brokerage company searching for a Jr Loan Processor to help our Sr Loan Processor with files we currently have in the pipeline. The candidate must meet each requirement below:
- Input application through Calyx/Point
- Must know how to open escrow/title
- Pull credit report
- Order appraisal
- Send borrower disclosures (conventional, FHA, VA)
- Knowledgeable with HVCC and HERA guidelines
- Assist with lender conditions
- Knowledgeable in processing VA/FHA
- Motivated with a positive attitude
The candidate will be working closely with the Sr. Processor, as well as the Loan Officers. The candidate will also be communicating with all parties of the transactions, so the candidate must be pleasant at all times.
This position is part-time. It is also temporary with the possibility of full time.
