We are actively seeking a management team or individual to live as On-site Manager. This property is a 32 unit apartment complex Located in the Central Escondido area.

Duties for this property include but are not limited to the following:

- Full maintenance. - MANAGERS WILL RENT READY UNITS.
- Must have all tools to rent ready units.
- Strong leasing ability and pre-leasing when vacancies are anticipated
- Maintaining a clean and well organized property by doing daily physical inspections of the property
- Implementing and enforcing all policies and procedures of the property management company
- Providing excellent customer service
- Managing maintenance and vendors when on site
- Reporting maintenance repairs
- Maintaining professional resident relations
- Rent collections
- Serving notices

Additional duties or job functions may be required as deemed necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified candidates will have good communication and customer service skills both verbal and written and organizational skills; must be a dedicated team player that is detail oriented and motivated. Computer software and internet knowledge a plus. Management training and/or prior management experience are a plus but not required. Must be proficient in Spanish.
