There is a house with dogs nearby. You can not enter as you please, you'll need to call the people at the house and tell them you are arriving. The dogs may or may not be running in the yard. Plus the people may need to unlock the front gate for you.


We will not rent to just anyone for any reason. Meaning, everyone concerned will need to know something about who you are. A rental application and sign a rental form should be considered.

No electric. You may need a generator, or talk to the people living in the house. Size is approx 20'x20' Use for anything you want as long as it's legal and no one complains.

You can also rent the driveway and some surrounding land.

Our first choice of a renter would be those that come only in the day, just lock their stuff in the garage and not come by for months at a time. Our last choice is those that need to come by several times a week. Most folks will come somewhere in the middle. Please email in some detail what you'd like to do with the garage. We might appear picky, but it's best everyone is happy months/weeks from now.

We will rent the first month for $100, if you completely clean-out and hose down the inside of garage, then sweep it clean yourself. You must not dump any debris on or near the property.

If you want to store a boat, car or use it for some type of income or just to work on your projects, it should be OK.
