I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED I HAVE TO GIVE MY CAT TO ANOTHER FAMILY/PERSON. MY HUSBAND AND I ARE MOVING TO SAN FRANCISCO AND THE PLACE WE GOT DOESN'T ACCEPT CATS. IT IS AN EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE MARKET THERE AND WE HAVE TO TAKE WHAT WE CAN GET. I HAVE HAD MALO FOR 2 YEARS AND HE IS MY MOST FAVORITE CAT I HAVE EVER HAD. HE SERIOUSLY HAS SOOO MUCH PERSONALITY AND IS so playful (hence his name). Other than that he is well behaved. He has only had one accident and that was when he was a baby and just learning how to use the litter box. I have had him since he was a baby and am extremely upset giving him up, but I will be much happier doing this than to a humane society. he is an indoor cat and is really good with dogs and kids. He doesn't scratch on the sofa since i put his scratch post next to the couch. I am asking $30 dollars for him, not because i need the money but because i want to know somebody does have money to take care of him.

This Aquarium is absolutely flawless with out a single scratch. Custom Black 2 door stand included. If you�re looking for that gorgeous fresh water tank when others think its salt I have it ready for you. I have white gravel mixed with crush coral for that high PH. Just this past Christmas I paid over $700 for it including the fish.

The tank does have the black back ground and 650 Powehead and duel whisper air pump. Lot's of plants and Rocks and 200 watt heater included as well. It's a fully loaded set up done correctly.

Fred is a four years old male green iguana. We have a heat lamp with UVA, we bought it at LL Reptile, in Escondido. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful, if you ever have any questions about Iguanas they are the place to go. We also have him near a window so he can get fresh air and warmth from the sun (when the window is open) He does like to go outside and we do have a leash for him that will come with him. Most of his spikes are all standing up, some at the top do bend a little, but they are the longer of the spikes.

Cage size: 5 feet tall, 4 and � feet wide and 2 feet deep. That cage has two branches that cross to give Fred something to play on. (Due to the size of the cage, you will need a pick-up truck and some tie-downs to move it.)

This beautiful 3 1/2 year old horse is super calm, loving, patient and willing to learn. She has a blue and brown eye and is very beautiful. She is an easy keeper, on grass hay, no shoes, up to date on shots and worming. Trailers well, enjoys baths, stands well for the farrier and is an all around sweetheart. She has been under the saddle for about 8 months and has not offered a rear, buck or bolt she seems to really enjoy the training so far. Will be a great horse for just about any discipline. I'm really torn between what I should do about my situation. My Maltipoo has been trying to "defend" himself towards my 2 year old. Even though the 2 of them have been raised together, recently he's been getting jealous. I've tried many suggestions and our family has come to the upsetting conclusion of rehomming him. I believe that he would be best in a home without small children, but he would do really well in a home with older children or a home with another dog or puppy. I'm not too sure about cats but I think he would be ok. He needs someone that can give him the attention he wants, he loves to be in your lap, held and cuddled just like a baby! Rescue Dog needs help (North County)

About 4 weeks ago a male terrier mix found his way onto our property. He was so skiddish, we could not get within 300 yards of him before he ran for his life. With patience and food we were able to get him to our back door where we gave him food and water and a nice bed. From there it took another week for him to even come near me. Once he came around I was able to see what horrible conditions he was in. His head and neck were covered completely with scabs. His entire body was oozing blood from scratches and wounds. He was missing most of his fur and was terribly emaciated. I pulled over 20 ticks off of him. We are out in the fallbrook area, so how this little guys survived on his own for so long against the coyotes is a true miracle. I just knew he deserved every chance to have a better life. I contacted a rescue organization who set me up with a vet. It was determined that he was suffering from chronic demodex (Mange),fungus over his entire body, and multiple infection from all his open wounds. They said to be in the condition that he was in, he had to have been on his own for 10 months to a year. We began treating him with oral antibiotics, revolution, and a shampoo. Both rescues that I am working with are full so I decided to foster him at my home until he was demeded healthy. Here is where I need some help. He still needs extensive treatments until he is better. He needs to be on multiple antibiotics and recieve at least 5 more rounds of mitaban dips. I financially can't afford to do all this on my own. I am asking from the bottom of my heart for any dontations to help our little guy who we now call Rascle. The donations will be sent to a local Kennel, who is also helping with treatments, not my home. This will help prove that Little Rascle is legit and I am not pocketing any money. I am trying to get some pictures up but I am having a hard time with my camera, but they will be up soon. If you would like to make a donation to help Little Rascle, please contact me and I will give you the name and address of the Kennel. We truley appreciate any donation of any kind. Every little bit helps. I just want to get this little guy healthy and into a loving forever home! His progress so far has been amazing. He looks like a different dog, but he has a long way to go. The vet estimates him to be between 2-3yrs old.

Buddy is a 3 yr old Jack Russell Terrier who was rescued from the shelter with a quick exit. He is a sweet boy that becomes very bonded with his new mum or dad. Buddy gets along well with dogs and does well with cats and is good with kids. He has all the positives of a Jack Russell without the negatives. He needs some training on the leash. Buddy is active even though he only walks on 3 legs, yup this little guy has an old injury where someone did not take care of the problem. I live near La Costa Heights Elementary and there is a very friendly, but unkempt cat that started coming around about five weeks ago. He looks like he has been on his own for awhile. I have taken him to the vet and he does not have a micro-chip. She says that he is an unneutered male that is about 5-6 years old and is feline AIDS negative. I have already called The Rescue House and The Rosebud Society and will continue to feed him until I can find a rescue that will take him in. I cannot bring him into the house becuase of my husband's allergies. He also does not seem to have any interest in coming in the house and stays outside when the door is open. He is very catty and quick moving, naturally moves off of his hind end, does amazing pivots, spins and sliding stops. Very flashy mover, has lots of elasticity and extension. Mac is a really easy keeper. Not broke to ride, but well on his way. He had been saddled and bridled, sacked out and leaned on, surcingled and side-reined, and long lined. Very easy to work with. Not spooky at all - perfect when ponied on trails, loves dogs, he doesn't care about trucks, clippers, bath time or leaf blowers. I just don't have the time, I'm trying to work my way through college and unfortunately, my horses are on the back burner. He is a slight swaybacked, but it does not affect his performance at all, and it is getting better with muscle building work. We have perfect health records from the vet, chiropractor and farrier.

This is Jiggy a 3 yr old boxer, shepherd something mix??? Who knows! Anyway, this sweet boy became very depressed at the shelter so a quick exit was needed and boy was he happy to get out. All the way home he had his head out the window tasting FREEDOM!!
I have had Jiggy in my home part of my family and he is a joy. He is so happy, cuddly and loving we love him. Jiggy would be an excellent companion to another dog as he LOVES to play, or if you love to take walks he would love to come with you.
Jiggy is great with my little girl, my cats and great with my dog who can be a brat, he is not dominant.
Jiggy likes to climb onto your lap and will just sleep like a baby, hes a big cuddler.
I am teaching Jiggy the basics, sit, stay etc. He really wants to please you and gets very attached.
We have a of fun with him and watching him play with our dog is better than any T.V!!!

Hi, my name is T-Bo. I am not quit sure why my mom named me that but I am a very happy loving dog. My life has been hard thou. about 7 months ago my loving young mom died from a tragic accident and I was tooken in by a friend. Do to unforseen circumstances he has been barley able to feed me and I have gotten pretty skinny. Because of his love for me he has asked some friends for help. Looking for our cats: Kiana, Kiki, and Mystic.When entering a Domestic Violence shelter around August 6th 2006, we put our pets - three cats and two dogs - in a program called safe house at the Rancho Coastal Humane society. I was told that we had three months to keep our pets there in the program. We had no family, friends, or knew of anyone to care for them for us. We didn't know where we were going to live and most apartments don't allow pets. I had no money and no job.

It wasn't good for our animals to be in cages for the three months since they were our family and used to being with us in our home always near us. I was pressured into adopting them out and told that I would be able to get updates on how our animals were doing through RCHS. That was a lie and we were never told anything only denied all updates as to how they were doing. It feels as If they were stolen from us, when we were told from RCHS that they were there to help us in our time of leaving a bad situation.

I can't find the words to explain what we have been through and what we have lost.

Kiana is a chocolate Siamese, Kiki- not sure of her breed, she has long smokey white and black hair. And Mystic is a siver Siamese. These three girls were around a year and a half old at that time. Kiana was sleek and classy, Kiki has a great personality, and Mystic was shy but lovable. I was told that Kiki and Mystic were placed together in a home when adopted. Cali was our malimute mix with red hair and a fluffy tail. She was smart, playful, and a great watch dog.

We have never forgotten them and miss them very much. We would love to hear how they are and have always worried and wondered where they are and how they are doing. Especially during the fires. All the time we think we see them on the street or in cars and get excited, then sad that it wasn't them.

Do you know where they are? We love them and miss them very very much. We would be happy to get an update or pictures of them. They will never be replaced.

Ronnie's story:

My grandmother picked Ronnie up from the pound as a puppy and raised him for the first year of his life. She is becoming more sick(ulcerative colitis) and could not take him on walks so she had to take to the shelter. Knowing what a good dog he is, I drove up north to adopt him. However, my girlfriend and I do not have a backyard and are not allowed to have dogs in our apartment so we are trying to find him a good home.

Ronnie is a 1.5 year old, 55 pound, American Staffordshire Terrier mix(with Lab?). He is neutered, housebroken, has all shots, has a microchip, and is very obedient. He's such a loving dog and we can't just take him to a shelter but our options are running out.

My husband and I were keeping tabs on a set of dogs there, waiting for them to become adoptable so they could be released to a breed-specific rescue group. They sat in a kennel at the very back of a shelter for over a month, way past their adoptable date because there wasn't anyone available to do a behavioral test on them. Eventually, they went "missing." We inquired about their status through their ID numbers only to discover that, while they were still in the database, the kennel was empty and no one working there, volunteer or otherwise, knew what happened to them.

To this day, I still can't get a straight answer from staff.

While I feel that the organization means well, it's not doing its job to the best of its ability.

I don't know why anyone thought this was flag worthy, but it isn't, do not do it again. I hate people who abuse the flagging system for their own personal agendas.

The owner of these pets moved about 1 month ago. I will be moving in about 2 weeks. The people still living here want nothing to do with these animals. They deserve a loving home, not to be put out the door and forgotten, or dropped off at a shelter.

The dog is a female wire haired Jack Russell named Audrey. She was a shelter dog, and was abused by the owners previous to the last. She is very spirited and playful, but gets scared very easily, esp. by males (though not nearly as bad as she used to be), so she will need some TLC. She has been kept outside, and likely will have fleas, so you will need to buy some advantage for her. If needed I can provide water and food dishes, and a leash, not sure about a collar. All would be free. She is spayed, and I believe she is current on her shots. She is also cat friendly, though she will get snippy if someone tries to get at her food. If I was able to offer more, like being pre-advantaged, I might ask a re-homing fee, but I feel that wouldn't be fair.

The cat is a female all white short hair cat with one blue and one green eye. Generally this denotes deafness in one or both ears, but I can assure you she has perfect hearing. She was recently spayed and is up to date on her shots. She is *very* lovey, and will rub her face all over your hand forever if you let her. She had been advantaged prior to the owner leaving, but I still see fleas on her occasionally, so she may need another dosing. She also seems to have a very persistent URI, which she was medicated for, but it only worked until the regimen was up, and then it came back. It doesn't stop her from chasing laser dots or playing with other cats. She is both dog (as long as the dog isn't too rough) and cat friendly. I can also provide food and water dishes for her if necessary.

I am generally not home until between the hours of 6pm and 8:30pm, so e-mail is the preferred contact method, and will also dictate the time for meeting/pickup. If I can be home earlier, I will inform the prospective human companions.

Again, these animals will only end up on the street or in a shelter if they are not re-homed by August. I am really hoping that there is someone or someones out there who can take these pets in, and care for them the way they were meant to be.

As you can see, I am breaking no rules of CL. Flag me off if you wish, I will just re-post. People will see this, and eventually I will get these animals re-homed. Why you'd be against that is beyond me. Must be some sort of animal haters. *shrug*

Last night my house cat which has no claws in the front got out. The cat is GREY Brownish with white across face and chest.. Name is bae bae.

last seen at Tombill rd.(first rd off wild cat canyon) in Creekside estates going towards SDCE in Ramona.

IF you found a cat and it looks anything like the brown with white cat I am talking about please call I will come over asap and look to see if its my cat.
