We are a dynamic small company with unlimited opportunities looking for a part time (with potential full time status) front office clerk. Someone with bookkeeping knowledge, MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and Quick Books experience preferred. This position requires an organized and detail oriented individual with customer service skills, flexible hours, and a willingness to learn and grow. Medical and dental available after 90 days if full time status is achieved.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
General office work
Filing
Data Entry
Handling company vendors/customers
Answering phones
Bookkeeping
Ordering materials
