We are a construction company in Carlsbad seeking a reliable, well-organized, enthusiastic individual with the ability to multi-task for our receptionist/office coordinator position. Responsibilities will include:
Answering phones(multi-lines)
Greeting customers and vendors
Office support(Assisting office departments when necessary)
Maintaining office supplies by ordering, organizing, and keeping inventory
Receiving and distributing mail
Light accounting and data entry
Scheduling meetings and appointments
The ideal candidate would have the following qualificaitons:
Receptionist/Office experience(preferably in construction)
Some accounting knowledge
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Computer experience to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and perform administrative duties
