North Inland Mental Health Center provides mental health services to people with persistent psychiatric disabilities.
The Program Manager serves in primarily administrative capacity focusing on clinical, operational and supervisory responsibilities. The Program Manager also leads a multidisciplinary team and demonstrates a strong working knowledge of mental health practices.
Education/Experience Requirements:
• Master of Arts or a Master of Sciences degree in social services field;
• Licensure as an LCSW, MFC or Psychologist in the State of California;
• Five years of experience working with mentally ill and dually diagnosed populations;
• Two years of supervisory experience in a similar work setting;
• Bilingual/bicultural are encouraged to apply.
