Hudson Legal has an immediate need for a Commercial Contract Paralegal for a 4 month assignment in San Diego.
All candidates must be certified paralegals and have 5+ years experience reviewing software licensing agreements using a standardized template as well as experience with contract administration.
The hourly pay rate will be dependent on experience.
