The position will oversee the Accounting and Human Resourcing functions of the company.
Key responsibilities:
Manage accounting functions on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Responsible for month-end, quarterly and year-end close processes.
- Develop financial modeling and planning tools for strategic processes.
- Maintain banking relationships
- Payroll oversight
- Post, interview and screen new hires,
- Maintain HR documentation
- Execute and maintain benefits for company employees
- Manage office
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting and CPA
- 4 + years of Accounting
- 2+ years of Human Resource experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Accounting techniques.
- Financial modeling and budgeting experience
- Extensive knowledge in MS Office (all aspects), Quickbooks, other accounting software a plus. Windows and Mac
- IT knowledge a plus
