Carlsbad Adventure Boot Camp is an outdoor fitness training program that focuses on getting back to the basics of exercise and functional fitness. Experience enhanced fitness, better health, increased energy, greater endurance and improved strength.
Women of all fitness levels will enjoy:
• Core Conditioning
• Circuit Training
• Weight Training
• Obstacle Courses
• Teamwork & Fun
• And more!
One hour a day for 4 weeks, Monday through Friday either 5:30 a.m. - 6:30 a.m. or 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
