Position Summary:
Daily production and packaging of baked goods in a consistent, organized high quality manner. Candidate requires previous baking skills on a commercial level. Must work well independently and demonstrate high level of food safety and sanitation skills.
The successful candidate will be expected to possess an in-depth knowledge of the location menu, product lines and preparation procedures. Maintains and monitors the delivery of high quality, fresh food products to our guests on a daily basis. Effectively displays and prepares high quality product for the guest using the fresh food philosophy as a basis for all displays and merchandising. Monitors and maintains the proper taste, temperature, and appearance of all food items served to the guests.
Background and Experience:
Candidate requires a minimum of one year in a commercial baking facility, preferably in a leadership role. Candidate must also have proven track record of working well independently and strong organizational skills. Basic computer skills are required. An ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, accept feedback well and have a willingness to learn.
Other Requirements:
Must be able to pass a Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Test.
All MCs must be able to work during peak times, including weekends, holidays, and special occasions. Must be flexible to work shorter or longer hours due to business volume. Will be expected to assists with various special events and catering if required as a part of day to day duty.
