Guest Service Associate -
The main responsibilities of this position are to provide excellent service in assisting all guests efficiently, courteously, and in a friendly manner in all front office and hotel related functions including:
- Handle check in and check out of hotel guests
- Reservations
- Concierge services
- Shuttle service
- Baggage assistance
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries
- Communicate with other departments to fulfill guest needs
- Answer guest questions and offer information and assistance
Candidate must be energetic, service-oriented, and have multi-tasking skills for a very busy desk. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent customer service skills. The ability to communicate effectively with guests and associates is a must.
This position requires a valid CA driver's license, the ability to pass a DMV check and a background check.
Candidate must be willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
