Minimum Qualifications:
* Guest & service orientated, consistentfood quality & cleanliness
* Restaurant based POS experience
* General espresso machine use & maintenance a plus
* Knowledge of general labor law; health department; HAACP practices
* Food & beverage experience in management min. of 5 yrs.
* California based certified food manager card
* General knowledge & application of MS Excel & basic PC skills;
* Assertive leadership skills; positive attitude towards teamwork
* Able to adapt to our philosophy & ethics of conducting business
* Able to lead a staff & mentor new employees
* Ability to separate personal life from management practices
