Job Description:

We have an immediate position open for a dynamic person who would love to work hard in a rewarding environment as an Experienced Construction Project Manager! You must be experienced in government projects/contracts to conduct, oversee, and direct construction project management. You will be responsible for profitably managing all administrative and field construction activities related to assigned projects. You will be required to display a minimum of 5 years experience in Government projects. This is including; T.I., Underground Utilities, & Concrete. You must have the following skills and abilities: Sage Timberline, Primavera Suretrak, and Microsoft Office Suite software, ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, problem solve, supervise, and organize while using effective time management skills. You will direct communication and coordination of trades throughout the construction process. You will successfully monitor job costs, work status, and billings, submittals, creating project schedules, and change order management. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.


Qualifications:

-Bachelor of Science degree and a minimum of 5 – 10 years experience in Construction Management.

-Prior experience in directing and coordinating the construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements, as well as inspecting.

-Knowledge of preparing specifications for purchase of materials and equipment. Supervising and training project team members as necessary.

-The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

-The ability to travel with possible short term relocation, as required.
