Educational Enrichment Systems,(EES), a visionary agency which provides quality early childhood education services throughout the county of San Diego, has an immediate opening for a Site Director for their multi-site preschool program located within the campuses of the Vista Unified School District elementary schools.
Qualified candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Child Development , Early Childhood Education or related field and a minimum of two year prior director experience in a large preschool facility or over seeing multi sites. A Site Supervisor or a Program Director permit is required. The permit is issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.

The candidate must have the ability to oversee multi sites within the campuses of elementary schools, lead a large group of staff members, multi-task, be self-motivated, and excellent in communication (verbal and written), confidence in public speaking, be highly organized and be willing to be part of a TEAM.
Importantly, the candidate must also articulate and understand the fundamentals of early childhood education, developmentally, culturally, and linguistically appropriate practice.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Support the agencies philosophy and administrated policies.
Responsible for implementing school goals and objectives.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards parents, staff
children, and the Unified School District community.
Understand and be able to articulate on how children learn through play and the importance of having a Developmental and Culturally Appropriate environment
Maintain the sites within current and mandated regulations (Title 5 and Title 22)
Responsible for assigning, scheduling, coordinating, and reviewing the progress of staff members.
Develop and maintain community school district relations, develop opportunities for Kindergarten and preschool linkages, and services provided by EES.
Provide parent involvement and parent education opportunities.
