The marketing division of Aegon, a large multi-billion dollar insurance firm, is in a major expansion mode in the greater San Diego area. We are seeking training associates for educational and sales services to help middle class families get through these tough times. All training is provided by the company. No cold calls, no telemarketing, no purchasing of leads is involved.
- Teaching experience is a plus, though not required
- Minimum 2 years work experience, regardless of industry
- Must have access to reliable transportation
- Must have a mentally tough attitude and a desire to win
- Strong work ethics and an ability to be coachable are a must
- Since we are involved in the insurance and securities industries, a $100 background check may be required (paid for by applicant)
- Accepting part-time and full-time (must qualify) positions
