Igoe Administrative Services, a third Party Flexible Benefit and COBRA Administrative firm in Rancho Bernardo, is seeking a Customer Services Representative for its Call Center. The perfect candidate will be proficient in the entire MS office, knowledge of Prairie Fire, Travis Cobra and Power Plus software are an additional plus. Candidate must be creative and a forward thinker. The ideal candidate will provide exemplary customer care. You must be able to lead by example and have recent experience being a Call Center Representative at least 3 years. Education: BA/AA completed in related field. Call Center representatives are responsible for efficiently and correctly assisting FSA and COBRA participants via phone and email. As a member of the Participant Service Team, an employee in the call center must also be able to audit FSA claims, efficiently and accurately enter claim information into the system, research errors/questions and correspond with participants either via email or telephone all the while following IRS guidelines regarding Flexible and COBRA Benefits. A Call Center Representative must also be able to process reimbursements to participants including posting files to appropriate client drives and forwarding information to client contacts via email.
