We are a rapidly growing online pet supply company seeking candidates with at least 1-2 years of successful inbound telesales and customer service experience. We are looking for a reliable and friendly customer service representative that will manage daily returns and inbound calls. This candidate must be strong in math and must be detail oriented. As a returns manager the daily task will include inspecting returned items, issuing refunds, and processing returns online and over the phone. We offer a fun, positive and professional work environment.
