Eyewear Company - Customer Service / B2B Telephone Sales
Phone Experience Required – Ideal position for the call-center customer service rep who knows they can sell by phone with inhouse and outside rep support.
Seeking motivated customer service person who can transition to commissioned telephone sales. Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to converse professionally with accounts, representatives, employees and the end consumer. Must be able to multi-task, eventually building a territory, establishing and meeting sales quotas
Expected Qualifications:
• High School Graduate, some college desired
• Minimum of 1 year phone experience, Sales or Customer Service
• Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience, or ability to quickly learn, maintain and build company CRM.
• Must be available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
• Occasional overnight travel, approximately once per quarter.
• Professional demeanor and attitude required.
Hourly wage plus commission structure.
Targeted first year compensation goal of $28k - $36k.
