Those folks at Rancho Del Oro, employees and owners are a terrorists organization of orgainized crime, they are thieves and liars. They get away with stealing everyday and nothing is done.

First of all let it be known, this is not my vehicle being jacked up and stolen by the Rancho Corporation, nor was it my money involved, I was merely an observer. The following is an account showing the tactics of a corporation with a bad reputation, so bad a reputation that they have changed their names several times through the years. Yet nothing is done to curtail this outright thievery.

RANCHO DEL ORO TOWING - CORPORATION
These fella's at Rancho del Oro like hiring employee's with a questionable background, especially ex-cons. Why? Because the business of towing is the same as stealing and they like the employees to not have a conscience bothering them.
When will the profiteers quit hauling off vehicles that are parked in front of apartments unloading and or loading groceries, laundry and the like?
What happened to the "unloading - loading zone" signs? Why can't a tow truck wait 20-30 minutes to see if anyone is doing chores? Because they are crooks, that's why.
There are people sitting in county jails and state prisons for lesser crimes. When will local city governments start cracking down on this thievery?
When it rains rancho corp is out in force jacking every Tom, Dick, Harry and as many naive women as they can. You don't see the towing company trucks around in wet rainy weather, they get hardup during dry spells and start hassling apartments.
It has been timed and a tow truck can have the car or pickup jacked up and driving away in less than 3 minutes. (After they get a block or two then they hook up the saftey towing lights, etc., which is also illegal and the police do not enforce it.)
THE DEFENDERS OF SOCIALIZM
Then there are those who defend the rancho thieves saying what if a firetruck comes in. Everyday here there are huge carpet cleaning vans, yard/grounds cleaning trucks, pool cleaning trucks, garbage trucks, Cox cable trucks/vans, SDGE trucks/vans sitting in the red zone and blocking firetruck entrance, but nothing is said about them. Yet some little economy car that belongs to a tenant gets towed off for parking in the red, a firetruck could easily get by them.
What a dirty, dispicable bunch the Rancho del Oro people are.
They (the rancho boys) feel so guilty about the job they do, that when you go to pay the tow bill they hide behind one of them two way mirrors, yep, they are truly, *criminals.
When will something be done to stop the running of apartment complexes and towing vehicles belonging to tenants that are doing their daily chores?
THE INVESTIGATION
This towing company should be charged with auto theft and not just one time.
The law finally caught up with ex-hedge fund boss "Samuel Israel" (now a fugitive) for stealing, they will someday ....bust "The Rancho Boys" Corporation. (Who knows, with enough exposure the FEDS, State Police or a higher law authority will investigate that phoney rancho bunch, their methods and records. Rap that...you rancho rats.)
