Shiho Kaze Ryu Aiki Budo is an Aikido-based martial art system
that uses the attacker's power and energy against him.
Our training is as suitable for men as it is for women, and unlike other arts,
Aikido lets a person become more effective with age.
This is not a martial art base on the student's strength and muscle,
however, is it very effective against attackers with superior speed and power,
and does not require injury to the attacker in real-life situations.
The beginner’s class will cover the basics of movement and balance,
defenses against punches, kicks and grabs, as well as how to fall to the ground safely without injury.
Classes are taught by Soshi Dick Kadlubowski,
and 6th-degree Blackbelt Sensei Stuart Lyle.
Beginner classes are Thursdays from 7:45-9:30 p.m.
