Trilar Property Management Group is currently looking to fill a Community Manager position for a completely renovated showcase apartment community.

As a Trilar Management Group Community Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operations and complete oversight of a multi-million dollar asset. To be successful, you must balance fiduciary responsibilities, to the needs of our residents, and lead a diverse team to optimum performance of the property. We are looking for an experienced, confident leader who posses these exceptional qualities and one who knows what it takes to be a successful Community Manager. Primary Responsibilities:
• Maintain High Occupancy level by keeping informed of current market standards, understanding competitive pricing and utilizing appropriate marketing resources.
• The Community Manger supports the marketing functions through recording of accurate data on prospects and new residents, and by keeping informed of the competition. Utilize company recourses to facilitate leasing.
• Review invoices and post for payment. Review and report budget variances, produce monthly narratives of all activity that has occurred at the property.
• Prepare lease documentation and all related paperwork.
• Collect and bank rents, serve notices when necessary.
• Meet with residents on management issues, questions and complaints. Take necessary steps to ensure resident satisfaction or resolution. Direct eviction procedures when necessary.
• Physically inspect the building and grounds to ensure visual appeal and safety of the property daily. Conduct final inspection of market ready units.
• Working to make living experience, particularly the first and last impressions, of the highest quality.
Qualifications:
• 2-5 years experience as a Community Manager
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem solving skills
• General understanding of preventative and on going maintenance
• Experience with Onesite Real Page is a plus
• Reliable transportation with a valid California License and proof of vehicle insurance
