Analytical Reasoning Questions (aka Logic Games - One Section): Designed to measure your ability to understand a structure of relationships and to draw logical conclusions about that structure. You are asked to make deductions from a set of statements, rules, or conditions that describe relationships among entities such as persons, places, things, or events. Common question types in this section involve grouping, sequencing, matching, selection, distribution, and hybrid games.
Logical Reasoning Questions (aka Critical Reasoning - Two Sections): These are designed to evaluate your ability to understand, analyze, criticize, and complete a variety of arguments. Each requires you to read and comprehend a short passage, then answer up to two questions about it. These will normally be addressing strengthening/weakening aspects, author's/passage's main assumptions, principles, and ideas, forms of argument, resolving discrepancies or paradoxes, conclusions/deductions, and parallel reasoning.
I am not involved with training for the Reading and Writing sections of the LSAT. The useful aspects of personal interaction with a good tutor cannot be undercounted in helping to prepare you better for the exam. When you write, please specify a little background information including for instance what score range you are trying to get, and what prep books you have been using. I'd recommend Kaplan, Barron, or PowerScore (all are famous titles out in the market) for a start.

The class will meet on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6 to 8 pm for 6 weeks. The class start date is contingent upon full enrollment (4 students).
Classes are based on a conversational curriculum, and are just $350 for 24 hours of instruction ($14.50 per hour) for a four student course.

Here is the list of my new programs:
Level 1:
-The Monday evening class will start January 18th 2010 and end March 8th. We will meet for 8 consecutive Mondays from 7 to 9pm on Wednesday. The price of this program is $199 for 20 hours of French.
This true beginner program is meant for students who never took French or for those who tried desperatly to learn on their own and got lost in the" jungle of the online methods"!
You will learn the basics of French vocab, grammar, verbs and pronunciation.

Level 2:
-The Friday evening class will start Friday Nov 13th from 6.30 to 9pm. This is a 20 hour program. You have the choice between 8 consecutive classes at $199 and 8 non consecutive classes at $299.
This class is meant for students who have already completed level 1 and would like to pursue their French studies. Students who know their basics in grammar, verbs and vocab can also attend it. Your speaking skills will improve drastically as you expand your vocabulary and understanding of French. The second option gives you the flexibility you deserve when you have a busy or irregular schedule so you can skip weeks.
Level 4 Advanced
The Friday class is from 4 to 6.30pm. This class is meant for students who can already speak fluently (or almost) French and would like to maintain their level. You have the choice between 8 consecutive weeks at $199 or 8 non consecutive weeks at $299. The second option gives you the flexibility you deserve when you have a busy or irregular schedule so you can skip weeks.
Please keep in mind that in every class, conversation, reading, writing and listening activities are on the agenda.

A typical reading session with me might include reading a book together, discussing the pictures, describing the characters, discussing the various parts of the book, going over some of the basic vowel and consonant sounds in the book (phonics), and so much more. It's never too early for kids to start thinking about and discussing literature!

I have been playing the drums since I was 15, I am 32 now. I have been working with Gregg now for 6 months and have decided he is a perfect drum instructor. The first lesson Gregg quickly zoned in on my weak spots, and focused on changing my approach to drumming. With a very orthogonal approach he quickly changed weak spots in my abilities. He found ways to use applied techniques with familiar music to entice re-incorporating rudiments, making them enjoyable to revisit.

ART this camp will feature a variety of fun and exciting projects! Our schedule includes drawing, origami, tie dye, clay, painting with acrylics, watercolor, treasure boxes and more! MUSIC will be the child's choice of piano, guitar or violin with introductions to other instruments such as trumpet, trombone and flute. DRAMA includes activities for the active outgoing child as well as the introverted, deep thinker. A typical tutoring session with me includes having the student read aloud as I take note of the letters/letter combinations that are giving him/her the most trouble. I then isolate those letters and letter combinations and focus on them through the use of flash cards, word games, written exercises, cardboard and/or magnetic letters, etc. I might also address various language arts concepts such as homonyms, antonyms, synonyms, long and short vowels, contractions, digraphs, spelling rules, punctuation, etc.

When you pay for the class, you’ll also pick up your EAN Crew-Pak. Like many PADI courses, you’ll read through the book and watch a video prior to coming to class. During the class your instructor will review the material, answer any questions you have, show you have to calculate maximum depths with various blends, and review the use of an oxygen analyzer.
For those interested in doing the additional dives, your instructor will meet with you the following day to put the knowledge developed into practice.

Get your Advanced Open Water certification over the weekend of November 21st and 22nd for just $150! We have four spots remaining in our Advanced Open Water Scuba Course that weekend, and we only take 6 students into any course.
Why Advanced Open Water Diver?
Completing the PADI Advanced Open Water (AOW) course is a great way to develop additional diving skills while building more confidence in your diving. It is also a good way to increase diving opportunities, as it opens up several kinds of diving not addressed during the Open Water Course. The Advanced Course is also a great way to get an introduction to some of the many PADI Specialties, such as night diving, digital underwater photography, wreck diving and others of particular interest to you. Yet another reason for taking the AOW Course is that many dive boats around the world now require an Advanced Certification in order to board.
The AOW class is geared towards those interested in furthering their diving education beyond the Open Water class under the tutelage of an Instructor. The AOW class is basically just diving, with a little bookwork thrown in for good measure. If you’ve just completed your Open Water class or if it’s been a while since you’ve gotten a ‘tune-up’, this class is for you. The AOW class is designed to improve open water skills as well as introduce advanced diving skills.

How Does it Work?
This certification includes five Adventure Dives, including the Deep Adventure Dive (60 – 100’), the Underwater Navigator Adventure Dive and three of the following: Boat Diver, Dry Suit Diver, Enriched Air Diving (nitrox), Multilevel Diver, Night Diver, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Search and Recovery Diver, Underwater Naturalist, Underwater Digital Photographer, AWARE Fish Identification, Wreck Diver.
Once you enroll in the AOW Class, you’ll pick up your AOW Crew-Pak, and then meet with your Instructor to decide on the Adventure Dives you want to do. After reading the applicable chapters and filling out the Knowledge Reviews, all that’s left is the diving itself. Some dives do involve additional equipment, so please take that into consideration when choosing the dives you want to do.
In order to take this class you should hold a PADI Open Water Diver certification (or qualifying certification from another organization), and you should be a minimum of 15 years old (12 years old for PADI Junior Advanced Open Water Diver).
The AOW Course is performance based training, which allows you to progress at your own pace. Most classes complete the course over a two day period, but as with our other courses the scheduling is flexible.

Where can I go from here?
The five Adventure Dives you’ll do in the AOW Course can be credited towards the corresponding PADI Specialty Diver certifications. PADI Advanced Open Water Divers at least 15 years of age can enroll in PADI Wreck or Deep Diver Specialty courses. Divers with an Advanced Open Water Certification can also continue on to the PADI Rescue Diver or Junior Rescue Diver course.

What is REIKI?
Reiki is a form of hands-on healing and can be learned by anyone. Once you learn the Reiki technique, you can use it to treat yourself and others. Reiki is a gentle yet powerful tool for healing and self-healing.

What is the Chakra System?
Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning “wheel of light”, referring to the energy centers of the body. There are seven chakras stacked in a column of energy that spans from the base of the spine to the top of the head. When the chakras are balanced and healthy, they draw energy up through the body from the chakra below and into the body from the environment. When the chakra is out of balance, the chakra and therefore the body are drained of energy; causing disharmony on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.
This class will give you a general understanding of the chakras function on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. Trough guided visualization exercises; you will also learn how to balance the entire chakra system.
