A: The room is a standard size room, id say like 12 by 12 or something. the utilities usually are around 90 bucks per person but can vary, which is expected.

Q: i occasionally smoke(cigarrets or other). would that be a problem?
A: No, that will not be a problem as long as you dont smoke inside the crib. i got a loungue setup in the garage so you can smoke there and of course the patio is open game as well.

Q: Ive got a 60lbs Dog, a 40lbs cat, and a 30lbs kid, is that cool?

The house is kept very clean and i would prefer not to have pets here to complicate that task any further. plus i dont want to piss of my other roomates who might be allergic to pets. small caged animals that stay in your room are fine tho( hamsters, lizards, snakes, fish whatever). as for the children, i love kids but this crib definately isnt a safe place for toddlers to be full time. visitation and stuff is OK tho, but id like to keep it down to a max of like a month at a time.

Q: Am i allowed to have company? my old place wounldnt let my boyfriend spend the night cuz everytime whe got our freak on he would scream too loud. i put a pillow on his face but it just didnt do any good..
A: Great question. your bf and gf are cool just as long as you dont forget to take all your battery operated thingamajiggers with you when you move out. you may have company and slumber parties and all that great stuff as long as ~~your homegirls are hot~~ you understand you are ultimately responsible for your guests and their actions, and you clean up after em when they leave.
