We have an immediate need for a dynamic Technical Writer with SOP experience for a 1 year contract opportunity with a local global electronics manufacturing/retail company.

Job Description:
Will be writing a variety of technical documents (operating procedures, instruction materials, etc.) for wide and targeted use.

Daily Duties:
- Research and gather information for documents, using manuals, the Internet or interviews
- Organize technical ideas into simple language for the average reader to understand
- Prepare charts, graphs, forms or graphics to accompany technical documents

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of Technical Writing
- HTML experience required
- Experience with SOP’s a Plus
- Strong computer skills using Adobe and Microsoft Office applications
- Detail oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills
- A self starter, working under general supervision and relying on pre-established guidelines to accomplish goals
- Experience creating online training materials using Adobe Captivate or Lectora software
- Ability to storyboard using Word or PowerPoint
