Firehouse Brewer/Packaging Engineer

Founded by third generation firefighters after the tragic events of 9/11, The Firehouse Brewing Company is dedicated to providing great beer for a great cause. With the recent move from Miramar to Mission Valley, our new production facility is ready to produce beer for the nation!
We are seeking great employees that want to begin their career with Firehouse and enjoy making a quality product. Candidates must have a positive and enthusiastic outlook with an eager knowledge to learn.

We are currently interviewing for three different positions:

Celler Person – Responsible for kegging, tank cleaning, cooler organization, production line labor, and general brewery cleanliness. Seeking someone who enjoys working hard and is able to take initiative.

Brewer – Responsible for brewing, following direction, taking accurate measurements, batch reporting, tank cleaning, filtering, general brewery cleanliness. Seeking someone with brewing knowledge and experience in a production brewery – 30 barrel system +

Packaging Engineer – Responsible for overseeing and maintaining all production line equipment and operations. Must have strong mechanical experience, be able to seek out potential problems and complete preventative maintenance. Must be able to take direction and follow instruction with little supervision.
