I am looking for a well rounded finish carpenter with handrail experience. I do not want a piecework housing track star who only knows how to install tract home railing systems. I do high end home owner remodel work and high end custom work. I am looking for someone who san do the demo, preparation, any framing changes or repairs, drywall repair, shop work, woodworking, staircase handrail system installation, wood finishing and painting. I also do cabinet work, moldings, doors and custom woodworking. Fluent english is a must. Truck and tools required. Good attitude and lots of energy, no slow or lazy people. Must be good with clients and able to self manage and work alone efficiently at times. Good driving record. Most importantly you must love what you do.
