San Diego Real Estate Company has a great opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager.
Job Duties:
Responsible for the FAST clean-up and repair of 150+ foreclosure properties a year:
Changing locks & creating a punch list of repairs needed including: Clean-out, Paint, Carpet, Finish Carpentry, Plumbing, Appliances, Landscaping, and whatever else is required
Manage a team of Assistants who under your direction make the repairs
Coordinate with our Subcontractors on big repairs
Handle Cash for Keys and Sheriff Lockouts
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of residential contstruction experience
New Home Construction a plus!
CSLB Active Contractors License in good standing
Hands on/lead by example work ethic
Must have your own reliable insured truck & tools
