This is a unique situation. A very old facility that needs upgrading with data, phone & some electrical. You'll be spending your time cleaning up the years of adding on to the wiring. You'll need to find where some originates, eliminate old lines and run new where needed.

Part time, but good steady work. Will probably be a few months of work.
