Seeking a creative/resourceful video production intern to work flexible hours from our Normal Heights office. This position is non-paid with the potential for paid freelance work in the future. I have a podcast where I interview people working in the industry and a common thread I hear is that the first step of starting a career in the entertainment industry is getting experience. With that said, internships are an excellent way to get real-world experience quickly so you have an edge above your classmates.
Our ideal candidate is basically a Mac user who is familiar with Final Cut Studio, enjoys video editing and being organized. Someone with a graphic designer's eye is a plus. Web design and/or social media experience is a BIG plus.
