We want to start up new project as to e-discovery for Asian clients who are involved in U.S. patent litigations. We are looking for a motivated high energy individual for a Part-time e-discovery system support manager position with an entrepreneurial spirit. Our business is legal support providing clients high quality IP services in a flexible, cost-effective manner, focusing on the full range of IP practice including Patent Prosecution, IP Licensing, and Litigation in Japan and Chinese districts. Our Japanese and Chinese attorneys possess exceptional credentials and have 15-plus years of combined legal experience. If you meet the following qualifications, please send us your resume.
Qualifications:
* e-discovery software experience (ie. CT Summation, LexisNexis Concordance, Clearwell, Stratify or etc.)
* Networking job experience (ie, FTP server)
* Problem solving with software (ie, Unicode converters)
* Microsoft Excel and Word experience
* Customer Service Experience
* MUST be able to communicate in JAPANSE language (speaking/reading/writing)
* If you are student Visa, we may support J Visa after 3 month intern with no-payment.
Responsibilities:
- Select and manage e-discovery software
- Researching Asian client and U.S. law firm’s demand
- e-mails and call e-discovery software providers or potential customers
- Manage a high volume of Direct Mail development.
- Support paralegal jobs
