Either for long term, for several months each year, or for a week around this Christmas (2008) I would like to swap my roomy vintage apt. for a place in Everson, Lynden, Bellingham, Ferndale, Blaine, or Birch Bay. If we're just talking a week, I need to swap with someone who likes/can care for cats and plants. If we're talking months at a time, I need someone who is okay with my bringing my cats to the Wa. State location and who will care for my plants here. And of course I'm willing to do the same (care for your cats/plants; have your cats here). My place is a tidy, roomy one-bedroom with hardwood floors throughout; a small vintage kitchen, a bathroom with bath & shower, a small-ish dining room, a TV/DVD/VCR, high-speed Internet, stereo, and a small area in back for sitting outside & reading/talking on phone, etc. There is a front & back entrance. I am most comfortable swapping with one person; two max. I do not want to share unless it's a very large place. If we're talking a week or several months per year I'd prefer computer/Internet & at least a radio/CD player. Please contact me if interested.
