We would like to do home swaps for any place interesting, especially for this summer and early fall in Europe. We are particularly interested in France for the last half of June, the last half of July (for non-simultaneous), the first half of September and the last half of October, but will consider any location of interest. We prefer waterfront, water view or central urban locations. We are a non-smoking couple and our condo sleeps 2 or a couple with small child.
Our beach condo is in the deluxe gated complex of Coronado Shores, next to the famous Hotel Del Coronado. There are 4 swimming pools, numerous oceanfront Jaccuzzis, two club houses, an attended fitness center and 8 tennis courts to enjoy in the complex. The apartment is a large studio of 700 square feet which functions as a one bedroom when the twin Japanese soja screens are erected at the foot of the king bed in the deep sleeping alcove with large walk-in closet. The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated including a fine collection of art by local artists depicting local scenes. There is a top-of-the-line wide screen Sony HDTV and DVD player and wireless Internet access. An inside garage space is included.
