I have a 2 bd. 2 ba.townhouse in private gated community in La Jolla,frequently spend time in L.A, looking for someone with similar place in L.A looking for part time place in La Jolla, could be mutually beneficial for both parties, must be comfortable with a roommate situation as times may overlap!!
