POSITION SUMMARY <br>

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES <br>

•  Developing and communicates project plans, priorities and tasks.<br>

•  Senior level JAVA/J2EE platform experience required.<br>

Performance QA Engineer Job Description<br>
Role	<br>
•	Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand product requirements and develop test plans and test cases for all performance testing projects.<br>
•	Collaborate with QA lead to develop project workplans and deliver time estimates for QA activities<br>
•	Analyze performance variable of application software<br>
•	Develop recommendations for performance test  methodology and tool selection/creation<br>
•	Execute test plans for both software and firmware projects within estimated timelines<br>
•	Advise developers on logged defects and code management issues<br>
•	Develop reusable performance test procedure including tools and supporting metrics<br>
•	Develop detailed understanding of Semtek products<br>
•	Assist the functional QA activities of other software testers when needed.<br>
•	Assist the work effort of other teams such as hardware development, software development, and compliance for the timely completion of projects.<br>

Participates in design and code reviews.

Provides regular feedback (e.g. detailed status reports) to supervisor on progress.

• Preferred experience with Microsoft Visual Studio Suite of programming languages including Visual Basic, C#, ASP.Net and Transact-SQL.<br>

EDUCATION:
