Silver Dynamics has an immediate opening for a Front-End Programmer. Join us in building the next generation of Orthdontic/Medical patient management systems! This position involves remote work (work from home!), contractor relationship (no taxes withheld!), and the opportunity to work with engineers with a combined experience of over 50 years in software development!
This position will require you to be an expert in certain areas. You might be asking, "what do we consider an expert?". Good question. An expert involves mastery knowledge of the subject; the ability to dream a solution and apply it the next morning (we bet you do this all the time); Ajax was your middle name in college, and you actually dream in CSS (OK, that is a bit weird, but you get the idea).
Required Skills:
- Mastery knowledge of XHTML
- CSS Architectural Expert / Table-less layouts
- Javascript / jQuery / Ajax
- Seamless X-Browser Compatibility
Optional, but strongly preferred:
- PHP Programming Experience
- Versioning control, SVN / GIT
- Linux/UNIX systems and remote work development
- Knowledge of MVC architectural design patterns and frameworks
- Selenium
