Our project managers are somewhat different. You’ll know it pretty quickly if you’re a good fit. For starters, you’re not a PMP (or at least it’s not how you define yourself) and you really couldn’t care less about what CMM level someone has accomplished. You care about supporting both our development teams as well as our customers to get the job done on time and on budget but understand that things change and you never forget to see the forest for the trees. You have a software development background yourself, great consulting skills, a serious attention to detail, and a passion for building sexy solutions to solve customer problems. You enjoy having a meaningful relationship with your client's decision makers, move adeptly in a fluid environment, understand deadlines, and don't think twice about running multiple projects.
