We are looking for someone who is well seasoned in setting up and maintaining build and test environments, accelerating the development cycle an facilitating QA in insuring every release is flawless.
Job Requirements:
· Extremely strong scripting skills
· Setting up automating build and test environments
· Creating, maintaining, and rolling out virtualized server images
· In-depth experience with the Linux environments, especially package management systems
· Experience managing version control repositories
· Automation of operations and recovery tasks
· Working with systems team to create reliable and consistent releases
Preferred:
· 4+ years in the field of Computer Science
· 2+ years as a build/automation engineer
· Database management, especially MySQL
· Agile development methods
· Perl or Python
· Test automation tools
· Managing the release process
· Software development or QA backgrounds
· Windows Installers
· Mercurial, Bazaar, or Git
· Continuous integration systems
