$750 Professional needs 1 room for August - Sept - Oct (La Jolla)
I'll be moving back down to San Diego around August 3rd for a job in La Jolla that starts August 15th.
I would like to live within 10-15 minutes from work (La Jolla Blvd. & Pearl), so my preference cities are La Jolla, Pacific Beach, and nearby coastal communities. I am willing to pay from $500 to $750, depending on the situation.
About me: I am a professional so I prefer to live in a home where the phrase "early to bed, early to rise" resonates (I crash at 11:00 and I get up at 6:00 AM). I prefer to live with other professionals, but I don't mind living with graduate students (or very serious undergrads). Currently I teach at Chico State and my new job starts mid August, but I would like to move down a little early. I am looking for a single unit rental house (attached to main home) or a shared room. My wife will remain in Chico until October, then we will get our own place. She may visit a few times. The amount I am willing to pay depends on what is included. It would be great to have internet access. I don't need cable. I like to cook, talk philosophy, have an occasional beer, and read. I'll be pretty busy with the new job.
