I'm a great room mate and looking for a place now.
Last one bailed with the rent and left me screwed for this month.
I don't need much for space, small bed room or shared.
Straight white male, prefer female roommate/s or mix.
I'm financially stable - va pesion and i teach martial arts,
Have my own stuff tv, computor etc.
Don't smoke, drink, or do drugs, only 2 vices now are sugar and caffine.
I do dishes, cook, vacuum, put the seat down and am quiet.
