Looking for a roomate with a place in the hillcrest/uptown area (Hillcrest)
Cool, professional, fun loving guy looking for a roommate situation. I am looking for someone who might have a hip, stylish or at least a diamond in the rough place to share in the hillcrest area. I work on 4th ave and am looking for a place that would be close enough to walk to work. I have an interior design background and work in the industry. I'm 32 years old, work hard, play hard, but don't really like to bring the party home. I'm clean, considerate, communicative and respectful of other peoples things and privacy. I got rid of most of my stuff because I did not want to deal with storing/moving a bunch of things, so I don't have a lot of stuff, but I am willing to bring new stuff in if you don't either. I am looking for something month to month as I do not know if I will be relocating or not in the next 6 month or so, but I am definately looking to stay awhile and would not move out until either another roommate is found with ample notice or we decide to part ways. I am pretty open to move in dates, but ideally it would be sometime in June. I have no pets, or baggage or drama. I do smoke, but only outdoors, never inside.
