Growing Biotechnology Company in North Torrey pines Rd is looking for a motivated, self starting and experienced individual to assist in a variety of accounting and administrative office functions, They must have excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office programs. Should be able to type 30-40 words a minute. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Positive attitude is a must!

Advance knowledge with Excel
Must be able to Generate monthly statements, P&Ls and Balance sheets
Must be very detail orientated, willing to learn.
Experience with QuickBooks
Filing
Experienced in general office
Strong organizational skills and VERY detail oriented
Good communication and people skills necessary

This is a part-time job.
