Network Systems Engineer - Apache Linux / Windows
BIZX (www.bizx.info) is looking for a Systems Engineer to oversee our Linux Apache servers and to assist with support of windows workstations and general office networking and telephony needs including configuration and administration of corporate security and email including exchange servers. Our ideal candidate will have strong background in Linux server administration, configuration and maintaining XEN virtualization environments.
Required skills includes: Strong project management skills with initiative, follow-through and feedback in all tasks; Solid Linux and Apache skills (create, modify, configure, manage, and administer users, groups, scripts), proficiency with backup and storage systems, strong systems documentation skills, superior communication/ feedback and organization skills.
Desired skills: CISCO router & firewalls, MySql, PhP, VoIP telephony
Experience includes:
3+ years managing multiple, high volume Linux servers; 3+ years Windows, XEN, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, RedHat, backup systems, automated server build technologies, enterprise monitoring and environments.
