Job Summary:
FT Commission Lafayette Designated Sales Associate (DSA) in Designer II Sportswear. The right candidate will be focused on building sales volume and maintaining customer relationships and being a team player. The individual should have good communication and leadership skills and be able to provide courteous and helpful customer service.
Job Duties:
Assist customers with an enthusiastic and professional manner; provides outstanding customer service
Merchandise the selling floor. Ecourage associates to sell Lafayette merchandise. Plan and facilitate Product Knowledge trainings. Assist other associates close sales and help locate Lafayette merchandise. Recap business trends and communicate with buyer and vendor regularly.
Must accurately complete sales transactions by using POS system according to established procedures and use the company based clientele system to retain customer information.
Must help maintain a clean work environment on a daily basis and assist in merchandising the department.
Performs additional tasks as required
Job Requirements:
All Selling Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends and holidays. Full-time Selling Associates must be able to work a 40 hour work week.
Retail sales experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Merchandising/visual skills
Markdowns & promotional set-up skills
Friendly and outgoing and enjoys interacting with customers

Motivated and results driven
Maintain a professional appearance and has enthusiasm for apparel and fashion.
