Leo Hamel Fine Jewelers, a successful, upscale jewelry store serving San Diego County for 29 years is looking to hire a Watch Repair Administrator to join our thriving team. This job does not involve actually repairing watches. It involves taking in, routing, tracking, and delivering watch repairs to customers.
Requirements: PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH WATCH REPAIR ADMIN IS REQUIRED. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE WATCH REPAIR ADMIN EXPERIENCE.
The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about watches and has experience with the clerical aspects of watch repairs. Skill at sizing watch bracelets and changing straps and batteries is a big plus. He or she is able to work well with watch factory representatives, as well as our in-house watch repairmen.
The candidate is well experienced in customer service and comfortable contacting customers by phone and letter. He or she is also adept at handling upset customers and bringing any issues to a resolution.
Additional training will be provided. Computer literacy is required. All candidates must pass a background check to be considered.
